Element Eyewear Postage Details
Order Processing - All orders received by Element Eyewear before 2:00pm GMT, either placed online or ordered by phone will be processed the same day. Any orders received after 2:00pm GMT or over the weekend will be processed the following working day.
Delivery - Delivery may take up to 10 days from receiving your order & up to 14 days for parts & spares. Although delivery is often much sooner. If your order is likely to take longer, we will email you. We are no longer able to guarantee Christmas delivery.
Product Satisfaction - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it in its original condition with the packaging within 7 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange, less postage. *We do not offer refunds on prescription lenses, unless due to a fault.
Manufacturers Warranty - Every product comes with a 1yr manufacturers warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
Order Insurance - All orders are fully insured in transit by Element Eyewear, in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or not at all. It’s our responsibility to sort it out.
Returns & Exchanges - Please be aware that you are expected to pay the return delivery charge. Send your package to us via a traceable method (Registered Delivery). Element Eyewear is not responsible for products we do not receive or products damaged in return delivery.
